Terms & Conditions

Freichy.Lu Model Management – Zurich, Switzerland

1. Scope

These Terms apply to all bookings, services, and agreements made with Freichy.Lu Model Management.

2. Booking Confirmation

A booking is considered legally binding once confirmed in writing (email sufficient). No physical signature is required. Confirmation constitutes full acceptance of these Terms.

3. Fees & Payment

• Fees are agreed per booking.

• Agency commission applies unless otherwise agreed.

• VAT is charged where applicable under Swiss law.

• Payment term: 30 days net unless otherwise agreed.

• Late payments may incur interest and 5% on the fee for collection costs.

4. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation 72 hours after booking confirmation: 100% fee

• Weather postponement: 50% fee if rescheduled, 100% if cancelled

• Model emergency: Agency will offer a replacement 

5. Usage Rights

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Freichy.Lu and its represented talents retain the right to use produced content for portfolio, website, PR, and social media purposes.

• Client usage rights are limited to the agreed scope (territory, duration, media).

• Extended usage requires written agreement and additional fees.

6. Client Obligations

Clients may not contact talents directly for bookings. Any direct booking will incur a 30% agency commission.

7. Independent Contractor Status

Models are independent contractors and not employees of Freichy.Lu.

8. Liability

Freichy.Lu is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Maximum liability is limited to the total fee paid for the relevant booking.

9. Force Majeure

Freichy.Lu is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Swiss law applies exclusively.
Jurisdiction: Courts of Zurich, Switzerland.
