Booking Conditions 

1. Cancellations

• Full fee applies if a confirmed booking is cancelled less than 72 hours before.

• In case of emergencies, a replacement may be arranged within 24 hours.

2. Working Hours & Overtime

• Half-day: up to 4 hours | Full-day: up to 8 hours.

• Overtime: First 30 minutes free, thereafter billed at the agreed hourly rate.

3. Travel & Expenses

• Travel within Switzerland must be covered by the client unless otherwise agreed.

• Accommodation and per diem apply for out-of-town bookings.

4. Invoicing & Payments

• Invoices are payable within 30 days.

• A 5% late fee applies from the second reminder.

5. Usage Rights

• Usage is limited to the agreed channels, duration, and territory.

• National usage can be extended yearly for the same fee.

• Unlimited buyouts can be negotiated separately.

6. Exclusivity & Client Protection

• Clients introduced by Freichy.Lu must remain contracted through Freichy.Lu.

• Direct contact or booking with our talents/models outside of the agency is prohibited.

• Breach results in a penalty fee of 30% of the booking value.

7. Conduct & Liability

• Talents are expected to perform professionally.

• The agency is not liable for third-party defaults, cancellations, or extraordinary events.
